You must be over 18 to place orders. Orders can be placed for products offered for sale on our webshop. Orders can be delivered or collected. We will confirm orders by email within 72 hours. This email will include a delivery or collection date.
Where you have opted for delivery, we will endeavour to deliver to you within 10 working days. If for any reason this is not possible we will contact you with a definite date or offer you a full refund. Currently we deliver to the following post codes – click here. We can, by arrangement, deliver outside this area. If you are outside this radius or have any query regarding delivery please contact us on [email protected]. When we deliver we will require a signature for acceptance of goods by you.
COVID-19 update: We have changed how we deliver. We will deliver to your doorstep only and abide by social distancing rules. This means we will not require a signature from you and ask that you stay 2 metres from our delivery drivers.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. They are subject to matters beyond our reasonable control such as traffic, vehicle breakdown or weather. We will endeavour at all times to keep you informed if we encounter a problem.
Payment will be accepted by credit or debit card. Payment will be taken in full at time of order.
Where you have opted for collection, your order confirmation will state when the goods are ready for collection. Please bring your order confirmation to reception to collect your goods. If at the time of collection, or for a period of 30 days from the collection date, you decide the goods are unsuitable, you can receive a full refund or exchange (please see Returns below).
Returns: Unwanted or unsuitable goods
Further to your statutory rights, goods bought on-line may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. Refund requests must be made in writing either by letter or by email to [email protected] The Item must be unused, in its original packaging and in a saleable condition. This excludes any delivery charges, special orders, or made-to-order items, as well as gift cards, perishable food items, books, and earrings. Where unwanted or unsuitable goods have to be collected we will charge a collection charge equal to the delivery charge.
Returns: Faulty products
Faulty products may be returned in accordance with your legal rights. You do not need the original receipt but you must provide proof of purchase. Where we have delivered the item please inform us as soon as possible of the defect. In the first instance we will contact you to assess the problem and perhaps arrange a visit if necessary.
Mistakes on web shop
We will endeavour to ensure that all details on our web shop are correct. If before delivery or collection, we notice any discrepancies in price, description, or any other detail, we will contact you immediately and give you the option to confirm your order with the correct details or cancel and receive a full refund.
We will, for our records, hold details of your name, address, contact details and your purchases, but we will not hold details of your card or bank details.
We will endeavour to do our best to be fair and courteous in our dealings with you. Products we sell are for your home and garden use and not suitable for business purposes. We therefore cannot be held responsible for any business losses of any kind. Our liability to you is limited to the value of the goods we have sold you. This does not affect your statuary rights.
