Flush is orange/red with short red stripes, slightly ribbed.
A variety which is ideal for northern areas and is a very heavy cropper.
Although classed as an eating apple, it can also be used for cooking and juicing keeping its delicious flavour and shape when cooked.
Fiesta is a very popular variety which is grown commercially in Kent, Holland, Italy and New Zealand, but also a popular garden variety!
