Refund Policy

Refunds and Cancellations for Santa's Grotto at Chepstow Garden Centre 

  • It is the responsibility of the customer to notify Chepstow Garden Centre of any changes and cancellations to the booking.
  • All bookings must be pre-paid.
  • A full refund (minus the booking fees) is given if tickets are cancelled within 60 days of the original booking date but not within 72 hours of the event date and time slot.
  • No refund will be offered if tickets are cancelled 60 days after the booking was made.
  • No refund will be offered if tickets are cancelled within 72 hours of the booked event date. 
  • No refund will be offered if you do not show for your allotted time slot.
  • No refund will be offered if you arrive late and miss your booked slot.
  • Your booking fee is non refundable as set out in the T's & C's on the TicketSource website. The booking fee is 7.5% of your total basket.
