Chepstow Garden Centre

The team in the Garden Centre would like to thank all our customers for their continued support,
we have been overwhelmed with calls and emails for orders.

None of us expected 2020 to go down this path, we are grateful you continue to shop with us.
We wish all our customers to stay safe and well.

Our Garden Centre and Farm Shop is open to customers.

COVID-19 Update

Following the Government announcement we are opening the doors to the Garden Centre again.
You are welcome to shop with us in-store but please note that our Restaurant and Cafe remains closed.

Our opening hours will be:

Monday - Friday: 9am - 5pm
Saturday: 9am - 4pm
Sunday: 10am - 4pm

We have introduced some new measures to allow for social distancing.

We are restricting the number of customers in store to ensure a 2-metre space between everyone.

We ask you shop individually wherever possible, use a trolley as a spacing guide.

Maximum two customers per family/group, age 16 and over.

JUMP THE QUEUE:
NHS, CARERS and BLUE LIGHT CARD HOLDERS have priority entry, all day every day.

We are accepting CARD PAYMENTS only. Cash will not be accepted.

This is a TOUCH LESS store: Pick up only what you intend to buy.

There will be restricted access to the furniture department, all furniture can be viewed and purchased online.

Beat the queue - our click and collect will still be operating from our website and we will have a drive through compost area.

OUR TILLS WILL OPERATE AS FOLLOWS:

Please park your trolley at the till and step back behind the line.

Your till operator will then scan the items in your trolley.

When asked you can then step forward to pay by card.
Contactless payments (up to £45) are preferred where possible.

Customer information points in-store set up to retain social distancing for staff and customers.

Please be respectful of the 2 metre rule between you and our staff who are here to help.

In order to reduce customer numbers on any given day, we have extended our Senior Citizen 10% discount day to both Tuesday and Wednesday.

Please note, click and collect will be suspended from now until Monday morning at 9am to allow us time catch up with orders before we open our doors to the public on Wednesday.

All phone orders will be suspended next week while we prepare our staff and the store to be open to the public. Our phone line will open again for orders on Monday 18th May.

We wish all our customers to stay safe and well and we are here to help if we can.

We will be starting a click and collect service from Wednesday 29th April.
We will review over the next few days and weeks with the hope of adding other products in due course.

To order items for click and collect please visit our website and shop online.

Once you have placed your order, we will contact you with a date and time to collect your items.
We ask that you do not arrive to collect items other than at the specified time so we can abide by social distancing rules and keep our customers and staff safe.

Please consider your mode of transport when ordering click and collect, items need to be able to be placed safely within your car.
If you are unsure on sizing or weight, please contact us on webenquiry@chepstowgardencentre.co.uk

Garden Furniture and BBQ's can also be ordered online for home delivery.

Due to COVID-19 and social distancing, we will deliver items to your doorstep only.

We are very mindful that new lockdown regulations may come in to place at a moments notice.
We are trying not to book too far in advance for deliveries. We are working on booking deliveries up to 10 days in advance.
Once all delivery slots are full you may be asked to call back on a certain day so we can book you in to new delivery slots.

All orders will be on a first come basis.

No order can be placed via email.  We apologise, we can not call you back from an email to place an order.
