Refund Policy

Refunds and Cancellations for Santa's Grotto

  •  It is the responsibility of the customer to notify Chepstow Garden Centre of any changes and cancellations to the booking.
  • All bookings must be pre-paid.
  • A full refund (minus fees) is given if tickets are cancelled within 60 days of the original booking date but not within 72 hours of the event date and time slot.
  • No refund will be offered if tickets are cancelled 60 days after the booking was made.
  • No refund will be offered if tickets are cancelled within 72 hours of the booked event date. 
  • No refund will be offered if you do not show for your allotted time slot.
  • No refund will be offered if you arrive late and miss your booked slot.
  • Cancellation fees apply - a deduction of 7.5% plus £1 will be deducted from overall booking value if you choose to have a refund or cancel your booking and tickets.
