Can I be added to your mailing list?
Yes you can. You can join our Gardener's Club either in store or online, you will then receive a loyalty card which enables you to collect points and entitles you to the Gardener's Club offers we have in store and in The Garden Restaurant and Cafe Bar. You will also receive further information about future activities and great offers we have to give. What disabled facilities do you have?
We have disabled toilet facilities, we supply wheel chairs in the entrance of the centre which can be picked up whilst in store. Outside, our car park has disabled parking spaces and our delivery service can assist in getting those heavier items home.
Do you have a delivery service?
Delivery beyond Cwmbran, Monmouth, Newport or Raglan will charge an extra £5.00 for every extra 5 miles.

Do you sell Gift Cards?
Yes. Chepstow Garden Centre Gift Cards make the ideal gift for all occasions, they can be purchased in store from the tills.
We also sell the HTA National Garden Gift Vouchers in the following denominations: £1, £5, £10, £20, £25 and £50.
Unfortunately we do not sell the HTA National Garden Gift Cards.
Where can I use your Gift Cards?
You can use Chepstow Garden Centres Gift Card in our centre and our other two centres, Norton Garden Centre and Iron Acton Garden Centre.
We also accept the HTA National Garden Gift Vouchers and HTA Garden Gift Cards.
*The Gift Card cannot be used in The Edinburgh Woollen Mill, Classic Stoves, Tsunami Aquatics, Thermotech, H.J. Edwards, Newhall Farmshop or other concessions.
Do your Gift Cards have an expiry date?
Yes, Chepstow Garden Centres Gift Card is valid for two years from date of purchase.
HTA National Garden Gift Vouchers are also valid for two years from date of purchase and must be stamped and dated by the issuing company to validate them.

Is it possible to bring a school/group along to your garden centre?
We aim to accommodate schools and groups at our garden centre wherever possible. To book in a group, please call 01291 626035 and a member of the team will be happy to advise you further.
Do you allow dogs in your centre?
Owners are permitted to bring well behaved dogs on leads to our garden centre. Dogs can accompany their owners everywhere except The Garden Restaurant and Cafe Bar, however they are permitted in the outdoor patio areas of the restaurant. I believe I have been overcharged for an item, what do I need to do?
If you believe that you have been over charged you will need to report this to a senior member of staff at the centre. Please have your receipt to hand as this will provide details of the transaction and your loyalty card number.
Do you sell turf?
Yes we do, currently only in store at the moment.
